The products and ingredients we use for your breakfast are top quality and wherever possible, locally produced; for example, our pork sausages and delicious dry cured bacon are provided by Chris Hayman the local Butcher, located 1.6 miles down the road and our eggs are Welsh and free range. We have vegetarians in the family so we are well practised in delivering a tasty and enjoyable meat free alternative. For those requiring a continental breakfast, we have a breakfast bar teasingly loaded with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, homemade bread, preserves and honey (bread rolls, cured meats and croissants are also available on request the evening before). Your breakfast will be served in our splendid dining room on the ground floor. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements and we will do our best accommodate them.
